È particolarmente utile a cardiologi, internisti, geriatri, medici di famiglia e specialisti che seguono pazienti complessi, dall’urgenza alla continuità assistenziale. La partecipazione aiuta a confrontare approcci diagnostici e terapeutici, riconoscere indicazioni e criticità delle procedure e coordinare meglio il percorso tra ospedale e territorio.

The international congress Cardiology Academy Tomorrow will reach its third edition in 2026. Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of mortality in industrialized countries, accounting for approximately 45% of all deaths. Cardiology represents one of the most innovative areas in modern medicine, continuously evolving through cutting-edge diagnostic strategies, pharmacological treatments, and especially advanced interventional procedures.
In recent years, the management of patients affected by cardiovascular conditions has increasingly adopted an integrated, multidisciplinary approach, involving professionals from related fields such as diabetology, nephrology, and vascular surgery. Moreover, while common conditions like heart failure, arterial hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia, as well as rarer but equally critical diseases such as pulmonary hypertension or cardiac amyloidosis, now benefit from more effective therapies, it is equally crucial to ensure that patient care pathways remain economically sustainable and well-coordinated between hospital-based and community-based medicine.
Over the past three years, Cardiology Academy Tomorrow has emerged as a prominent scientific forum for both the hospital-based and academic cardiology communities. This year, the Congress is further enriched by a dedicated interventional cardiology section with live cases, which will host operators from across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. This international contribution will foster the exchange of techniques, experiences, and innovations, positioning the event as a dynamic platform for high-level interventional education and collaboration.
The main objectives of this Congress are to: 1) Provide an up-to-date overview of the current state of diagnostic and pharmacological treatment strategies for major cardiovascular diseases; 2) Deepen the discussion on the latest advancements in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular imaging, electrophysiology, and cardiac pacing; 3) Promote integrated diagnostic-therapeutic pathways that connect hospital cardiology with primary and community care services.
